Ryuuji Tsugihara

Birth place: Kurate, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan Tsugihara Ryuuji graduated from the Yomiuri Institute of Technology where he became a certified automobile mechanic. He debuted as a mangaka in 1979 and created numerous car-related series.
